When is check-in/check-out times?
Check in is at 3pm and checkout is at 11am.
Can I cancel my reservation?
RV Sites:
RV sites require a 48 hour cancellation window. If cancelling your reservation it must be 48 hours prior to your scheduled check in time.
Glamping Sites:
Glamping sites require a 7 day cancellation window. If cancelling your reservation it must be 7 days prior to your scheduled check in time.
Do the glamping cabins come with bedding?
No. You will need to bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows or sleeping bags.
What is the bathroom situation like?
We have porta potties available in the Glamping Pod area. Along with a hand washing station.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome at our campgrounds, however we do not allow pets in the Glamping Pods. All pets must be on a 6ft leash at all times. All pets will incur an additional charge of $5 a night.
Does your location have Internet Access?
Yes! our campground has an onsite wifi signal near the glamping sites. Check with camp host for the password.
How many guests/vehicles can I bring to my campsite?
1 Vehicle per campsite is allowed. 2 guests at our glamping pods and up to 4 guests for R.V. Trailer spots.
Can I purchase more firewood after I've reserved a site?
Yes, you can purchase more firewood from our camp host. Camp fires are only allowed during our winter months.
When does the campground quiet time begin and end?
Quiet times are 9pm-8am. Generators are allowed during non quiet hours. Loud music is not allowed.
Is there a gate to the campground?
Yes we have a gate, please close it after entering or when leaving. Gate must remain closed at all times.
What is the address?
We we are located 3 miles east of Whiskeytown Lake off the 299 highway. Full address will be sent via email upon confirmed reservation.
